Sconser Scallops

Sconser Scallops supply the finest king scallops in the world! All of our scallops are twice dived shallow water finished which produces a firmer flesh with a fuller flavour. Our scallops are lifted from the deeper waters of Loch Sligachan and then re-laid in the shallow waters, where the plankton is thicker and the scallops can achieve their potential. Glendale Highland Market
